Hi,I'm using Debian 8.1 on Roseapple Pi.I want setting the maxcpus=2 at boot command, but I don't know how to do that.
Do you mean how to entry u-boot? If yes, key the "s500" before it starts to kernel procedure....
@joshYou need to edit boot.txt and then create a new boot.scr in the vfat partition of you micro-sd card.boot.log with maxcpus=2 on debian 8.1:partial bootlog
Why you want do this?
Thanks, it is work.I need to simulate the performance of my programs on dual core system.
well, you could even achieve this at run time ..
disable one core, X=0,1,2,3echo 0 > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpuX/online
enable one coreecho 0 > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpuX/online
