They all have some kind of software issues, the Raspberry range are by far the best supported, but can't do Android.
People who use these generally are aware that software stability is going to depend on the support the users give it. Most SBC's tend to have moderately stable OS's but they've seldom been stressed, so it will depend entirely on what apps you run. If you want it to run one particular app, which others report works fine, you won't have much of a problem, if you want it to be a general machine that runs anything....your expectations are probably too high.
The Roseapple's software is functional but does indeed lack speedy support. But its incredibly fast, so if your required app works with it, you'll have no issues.
Btw I got mine from a user in NL, it does exactly what I want it to do with no problems, (runs small game demos).
